Safety

At Thieneman Construction, we work as a team to create safe and healthy work environments free from job-related injuries, illnesses, and property damage. We believe that safety and health should never be sacrificed for production, but considered integral to quality control, cost reduction and job efficiency.

While the ultimate success of any safety and health program rests with the individuals, we hold management responsible for seeing that rules and procedures are adequate and enforced, and that effective training and educational programs are employed.

Our policy is to accomplish work in the safest possible manner, consistent with good work practices.

Our current EMR (Experience Modifier Rate -safety rating) is 0.71. This is the lowest possible rating in the industry.

Our goal is to send our employees home safely to their families every night.
